Hunan's first QCD-800 pure electric new energy shunting locomotive rolled off the assembly line in X

On the morning of August 29, in Hunan Xiangqian Industrial Co., Ltd., an enterprise in Yuhu High-tech Zone, a green locomotive slowly drove out along the track. The QCD-800 pure electric new energy shunting locomotive independently developed and produced by the company was successfully rolled off the assembly line and delivered.

This is a shunting locomotive tailored by Hunan Xiangqian Industrial Co., Ltd. for Xianggang, and it is also the first QCD-800 92-ton pure electric shunting locomotive put into production in Hunan Province. The locomotive will serve Xianggang's internal rail transportation.

According to reports, in the locomotive industry, the traditional internal combustion engine is mostly driven by diesel, which not only has high energy consumption and high noise, but also produces a certain degree of air pollution and poor driving experience. Starting from 2022, Hunan Xiangqian Industrial Co., Ltd. began to develop new energy shunting locomotives, tried the "green revolution" and "intelligent transformation" of internal combustion engines, and finally successfully developed QCD-800 pure electric new energy shunting locomotives after repeated adjustment tests. In the future, this new energy shunting locomotive will be widely used in railway yards, steel, petrochemical, coal, power plants, ports, wharves and other industrial enterprises.

According to the data, compared with the old tractor of the same power, the locomotive can save more than 80% of energy. One new energy locomotive can reduce 4 tons of exhaust harmful substances and 374 tons of carbon emissions every year, which is equivalent to planting 34,000 trees. At the same time, due to the use of a mature network control system composed of CAN-BUS bus, the locomotive has a very high degree of intelligence.
