The first electric passenger car has successfully arrived at the aerial vehicle depot, laying a solid foundation for subsequent hot sliding and no-load trial operation of the entire line, and taking a crucial step towards achieving the initial operational goals of the line within the year.

The Ziyang Rail Transit Line project is a city wide express line connecting Tianfu New Area, Eastern New Area, and Ziyang City. It starts from Futian Station in the west, passes through Ziyang Lingang Station, and ends at Ziyang North Station in the east, while connecting Line 18 and Line 19. It can achieve accessibility services between Shuangliu International Airport, Tianfu International Airport, and Ziyang North Station train stations. After the line is opened, it will further enhance the transportation capacity between Chengdu and Ziyang City, creating convenience for green travel for residents along the line, Drive the integration and development of urbanization between Chengdu and Ziyang.

Speed of 160km/h fully meets the travel needs of citizens

The Ziyang Line train is the first cross city operational train to make its debut in the field of rail transit under the development of urbanization in Chengde, Meizhou, and Ziyang. In order to quickly connect Chengdu and Ziyang and build a one hour commuter circle for rail transit, the Ziyang Line uses 4A train formations with a maximum operating speed of 160km/h. A total of 11 electric buses are equipped along the entire line, fully meeting the travel needs of citizens.

The Ziyang Line train has a total length of 95.8 meters and a width of 3 meters. The passenger compartments are equipped with longitudinal and transverse seats, with a capacity of 1004 passengers and a maximum capacity of 1416 passengers. Trains have the characteristics of fast start stop, high speed, and low noise, which can provide citizens along the line with a better travel experience.

The train adopts measures such as a double leaf passenger compartment sliding door system with active compression locking and overall sealing technology, laying composite soundproof floors, and filling the body cavity with carbon fiber sound-absorbing cotton to reduce interior noise in multiple ways; Adopting dual frequency conversion technology for ventilation fans and compressors adjusted according to passenger capacity, and a "middle top orifice+side top hidden" air conditioning supply structure, achieving uniform and comfortable air supply and sufficient air volume; Adopting electric braking to zero technology to further improve the comfort of train parking and benchmarking accuracy.

Train Design Sun God Bird Meets "City Lemon Fragrance"

The design of the Ziyang Line trains is themed around "Jinwu Chengxiang and Jinning Mantang", integrating the profound cultural heritage of the two cities. In terms of vehicle exterior design, abstract elements of the Sun God Bird from ancient Shu culture are extracted and integrated with the front styling of the vehicle.

In terms of vehicle interior design, modern graphic design techniques are used, combined with seat design, to present a lemon pattern with Ziyang characteristics, highlighting the unique urban style of Ziyang City with the fragrance of lemon.

In the future, trains will shuttle between Chengdu and Ziyang, showcasing the rapid economic integration and development of these two cities.
