Rail Transit Expo News: On August 28, the National Intellectual Property Administration released the "Decision on the Awarding of the 26th China Patent Awards." After reviewing the list of winners from six attachments, several rail transit-related achievements were selected for this year's China Patent Award, covering areas such as rail transit resource management, EMU design, signaling, vehicles, traction power supply, engineering construction, and operational organization.
According to the decision, this China Patent Award will present 30 China Patent Gold Awards for invention patents, 10 China Design Gold Awards, 59 China Patent Silver Awards, 15 China Design Silver Awards, 535 Excellent Invention and Utility Model Patents for China, and 48 China Design Excellence Awards.
Two achievements in the rail transit sector won gold medals. Among them, Casco Signal Co., Ltd.'s "Rail Transit Resource Processing Method and System Based on Portable Security Terminals" won the China Patent Gold Award, patent number ZL202110264992.9.
In terms of design gold awards, CRRC Changchun Rail Vehicle Co., Ltd.'s "EMU lead car" was selected for the China Design Gold Award project. The patent number for this project is ZL202430028127.9, and the designers are Sha Miao, Ma Shengquan, Guo Hao, and Xun Yutao.
In the list of China Patent Excellence Awards, rail transit-related achievements cover multiple aspects including vehicle equipment, signaling systems, traction power supply, rail engineering, operation organization, and construction technology.
Among them, Jiangsu Dongqiang Co., Ltd.'s "Rail Transit Intelligent Sensing Optoelectronic Integrated Signal Cable," China Railway Construction Electrification Bureau Group Second Engineering Co., Ltd.'s "Railway Signal Outdoor Equipment Analog Control Box and Its Debugging Method," Guangzhou Metro Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd.'s "Optimized Arrangement Method for Rail Top Air Ducts," and Zhuzhou CRRC Times Electric Co., Ltd.'s "Rail Transit Traction Power Supply System and Its Control Method, System and Related Components" have all won the China Patent Excellence Award.
In terms of vehicle equipment, CRRC Tangshan Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd.'s "bogies and rail vehicles" won the China Patent Excellence Award; The "High-Speed Braking Large-Creep Adhesion Control Method and Device" from China Academy of Railway Research Group Co., Ltd., Beijing Zongheng Electromechanical Technology Co., Ltd., and other units were also selected.
In terms of operational and organizational optimization, Beijing Jiaotong University's "Urban Rail Transit Passenger Flow Induction Method Based on Multi-Agent Simulation" and East China Jiaotong University's "A High-Speed Train Tracking Curve Optimization and Setting Method" also won the China Patent Excellence Award.
From the reviewed award-winning projects, rail transit-related innovation achievements cover multiple technical aspects from vehicle design, track structure, signal control, traction power supply, to engineering construction, operation organization, and safety assurance, reflecting the continuous advancement of technological innovation and intellectual property layout in China's rail transit industry chain.
