On July 27, the last train set completed unloading at the Hebbagodi depot, marking the completion of all 15 six-car trainsets serving the Bangalore Metro Yellow Line (RV Road—Bommasandra, 19 kilometers long).

Currently, BMRCL has put the 13th train set into passenger service. According to BMRCL officials who told local media, train set 14 has completed testing and is undergoing mandatory operational trials; Set 15 is expected to enter commercial service by August 21, 2026.

As the full fleet gradually comes into use, passengers on the Yellow Line are also calling for further increases in operating frequency. Currently, trains on the Yellow Line run about 7 minutes apart during peak hours and about 10 minutes during off-peak hours. Especially on the line segment connecting Bangalore's key IT district, Electronics City, commuter traffic has long been hoping for shorter waiting times.
