Tonghao Air Railway Technology (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. was officially inaugurated

Rail Transit Exhibition News: On July 15, the unveiling ceremony for Tonghao Air Railway Technology (Inner Mongolia) Co., Ltd. and the Low-Altitude Three-Dimensional Transportation Network Flight Safety Assessment and Flight Operation Support Technology and Demonstration Application Laboratory was held in Hohhot. Dong Baoliang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Communications Communication; Ma Wen, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Inner Mongolia Development and Reform Commission; and Hu Zhaomin, Party Secretary and Chairman of Inner Mongolia Communications Investment Group, jointly unveiled the joint venture company.

Leaders from government, enterprises, and schools such as the Inner Mongolia Development and Reform Commission, China Communications Communications, Inner Mongolia Communications Group, Inner Mongolia Geological and Mineral Group, Ordos Airport Management Group, and Inner Mongolia University gathered on site to jointly witness the important milestone in the development of the air-rail integrated low-altitude industry in northern Xinjiang.

Guided by the strategy of building a "major national asset" in the field of intelligent control, China Tonghao is moving forward, building a "second curve" for high-quality development, and independently developed an airspace control system selected as one of the "Top 100 Projects" by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission; Inner Mongolia Jiaotou Group has extensive low-altitude application scenarios such as general airports and railway networks. The joint venture platform jointly established by both parties will strongly promote the deep integration of central enterprise technology with local development.

At the unveiling ceremony, Dong Baoliang delivered a speech on site, pointing out that relying on the company's "12415" development strategy, China Railway Signal fully leverages its core advantages in intelligent control technology, building a low-altitude economy "three industries and one form" industrial layout, extending precise and safe control technology for ground rail transit into the low-altitude sector, and empowering the national low-altitude economy with technology. Inner Mongolia enjoys unique airspace resources, with vast low-altitude application scenarios such as railways, highways, energy, cultural tourism, and emergency rescue, making it fertile ground for developing the low-altitude economy in China. Tonghao Air Railway Company will closely focus on the overall development of the autonomous region, deeply participate in the construction of the Hohhotong-Baotou-Hubei low-altitude economic industrial cluster and the Chixi Tong low-altitude application cluster, coordinate with Ordos Airport Group, Inner Mongolia University, Geological Surveying and Mapping Institute, and other parties to carry out joint technical breakthroughs, accelerate the transformation and implementation of low-altitude industry research achievements, cultivate a complete low-altitude supporting industrial chain, build a safe, intelligent, and diversified low-altitude three-dimensional transportation network in northern Xinjiang, and contribute central-local collaborative strength to the construction of a modern transportation stronghold and achieve high-quality development in the autonomous region.

In his speech, Hu Zhaomin introduced Inner Mongolia's locational and resource advantages for developing the low-altitude economy. He stated that Inner Mongolia has vast airspace resources, well-developed general aviation airport layouts, and abundant low-altitude application scenarios such as agriculture and forestry, emergency response, culture and tourism, and energy. The autonomous region continues to introduce special policies to support the development of the low-altitude economy. Inner Mongolia Transportation Investment Group leverages the region's general airport, railway network, and other comprehensive transportation resources to cooperate with China Tonghao, a global leader in rail transit control, to establish Tonghao Air Rail Company, which is a practical achievement of central-local cooperation and complementary advantages. The new company will closely align with the autonomous region's strategic positioning of "two barriers," "two bases," and "one bridgehead," focus on air-rail intelligent integration innovation, build a unified low-altitude smart control platform for the entire region, create a new "rail hub + low-altitude takeoff and landing" intermodal transport model, establish a new low-altitude industry pattern of land-air coordination and coordinated production and transportation, and make positive contributions to implementing the autonomous region's "1571" work deployment, building a modern industrial system, serving the national northward opening-up strategy, and building a strong transportation nation.

At the ceremony, Tonghao Air Railway signed strategic cooperation agreements with Inner Mongolia Geological and Mineral Group Geological Surveying and Mapping Co., Ltd., the School of Computer Science at Inner Mongolia University, and Ordos Low-altitude Economic Development Co., Ltd. All parties will carry out comprehensive and in-depth cooperation in airspace operation and maintenance, intelligent R&D, and real-world implementation.

During the event, attending leaders also visited the autonomous region's "Challenge the List and Lead" technology innovation project demonstration application laboratory, gaining a detailed understanding of the core functions of the low-altitude airspace intelligent management system, as well as the implementation plans and practical application results of the "One Network Unified Flight" full-domain low-altitude flight management platform in Inner Mongolia.

Next, Tonghao Air Rail Company will use digital management technology to strengthen the bottom line of low-altitude safety, continuously expand diverse application scenarios for low-altitude air-crossing, cultivate new momentum for air-rail integration industries, and build a safe and intelligent low-altitude three-dimensional transportation system in northern Xinjiang through central-local collaboration, thereby continuously injecting new momentum into the high-quality development of comprehensive transportation in the autonomous region.
