As the second overhaul base of Hefei railway, the South Gang overhaul base has broken the limitations of traditional maintenance since the beginning of planning and embarked on a new path of efficient and intelligent operation and maintenance.

Here, key components such as the "heart" traction motor, "brake" brake resistor, and "skeleton" bogie of the subway rely on intelligent maintenance lines to achieve automatic circulation without manual handling, which greatly improves maintenance efficiency and process accuracy.

Compared with the traditional model, this intelligent production line can save 40 hours with only one electric bus frame repair. At the same time, the daily maintenance capacity of traction motors has been increased to 6 units, 2 brake resistors, and 3 steering frames. Tasks that used to require multiple people to collaborate can now be completed efficiently with the help of intelligent equipment, effectively ensuring the consistency and stability of the maintenance process.

In addition, relying on the advanced information system, staff can carry out intelligent control and dynamic scheduling of the whole process of key maintenance links, and promote the upgrading of the maintenance mode from digital maintenance to intelligent operation and maintenance.
