Beidou satellite and rail transit, one in the sky and the other underground, what kind of sparks will the two "collide" with?
At the construction site of the Chengde Line (hereinafter referred to as the Chengde Line) of the urban (suburban) railway, Beidou satellite technology became a "participant" for the first time, which is also the first time it has been applied to the construction of Chengdu rail transit.

The construction site of the Deyang North depot of the Chengde Line.
On March 10, Sichuan Online reporters walked into the Deyang North Depot of the Chengde Line and "listened" to this "dialogue" between the sky and the earth at close range.
The construction site of the Deyang North depot of the Chengde Line Sun Fanxing, the head of the Deyang section of Sichuan Chengde Rail Transit Co., Ltd., introduced that the Deyang North Depot project of the Chengde Line has many units, specialties and tight construction periods, and the traditional manual measurement mode has bottlenecks in terms of accuracy, real-time and dynamic coordination, which can no longer meet the needs of efficient construction. To this end, the project applies Beidou satellite technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of accurate measurement, efficient operation, and collaborative management in scenarios such as measurement and modeling, equipment installation, and material scheduling. When the reporter walked into the parking train inspection shed of the Deyang North depot, there was a "steel jungle" in front of him - 166 huge steel columns rose from the ground to support the future train maintenance garage. Surveyor Xu Shuocan squatted on the ground, and next to him stood a device shaped like a "mushroom head", which was a high-precision positioning terminal that "talked" with the Beidou satellite at all times. "There is a concrete-poured base under each steel column, which is the 'foothold' of the column." Xu Shuocan told Sichuan Online reporters that the spatial coordinates of these bases are locked by Beidou satellites, "With the help of Beidou, on this construction site of more than 370 acres, the positioning error of the 'foothold' of each steel column can be controlled within 1 cm." ” Surveyors are using Beidou high-precision positioning terminals Beidou's "tentacles" don't stop there. In the excavation, component hoisting and other links, Beidou receiving terminals are installed in the cockpit of excavators and rollers, and large machinery can automatically "read" the design drawings. The operator is like having a "perspective eye", and the screen shows the precise position and depth of digging and filling in real time. "Where to dig and where to fill is clear at a glance, and there is no need to repeatedly measure and calibrate." Li Mingjun, project manager of the Chengde Line depot work area, introduced that the Deyang North depot of the Chengde Line covers 21 single buildings, and each construction link has strict requirements for spatial coordinates. ” This accuracy is also reflected in material scheduling. "Concrete pouring often takes more than ten hours, and the requirements for scheduling accuracy are extremely high - if it comes late, the project will be broken, affecting the quality; It's early, vehicles are waiting in a pile, and the concrete may settle and solidify again. Sun Fanxing said that at present, each concrete tank truck is equipped with a Beidou positioning system, and the real-time location, speed and estimated arrival time of each truck of materials are clear at a glance, realizing the seamless connection of the process. The construction of a track line requires not only accuracy, but also speed. "Beidou technology is reshaping the efficiency of engineering construction from the underlying logic." For example, Sun Fanxing said, for example, in the installation of steel structures, in the past, it could only rely on the experience of operators and ground commands, and the steel beams were often adjusted repeatedly. Now Beidou displays the coordinates of the lifting point in real time, and the operator can send it to the place at one time by looking at the screen, and installing a steel beam can save more than 20 minutes. Surveyors are using 3D laser scanners equipped with BeiDou technology The efficiency of on-site surveying and mapping has been particularly improved. Sun Fanxing introduced that with the help of "Beidou + 3D laser scanning" technology, the project took surveying and mapping a single building as an example, which originally required two people to complete the on-site surveying and mapping at the same time, and it took about a week to complete the on-site surveying and mapping, but now one person can complete it, and the time has been greatly shortened to more than ten minutes. "Overall, the efficiency of key processes has increased by more than 50%." "Mushroom Head" - Beidou high-precision positioning terminal During the interview, on a special device the size of a mobile phone in Li Mingjun's hand, a three-dimensional digital model that restores the physical construction site is being generated in real time. The staff held a 3D laser scanner equipped with Beidou positioning technology and walked around the parking shed, and the screen quickly gathered dense "point cloud" data, and a digital twin construction site was generated in real time. "This is equivalent to building a 'digital twin' for the construction site, and it is also a 'universal base map' for subsequent processes." Li Mingjun pointed to the screen and said, "In the future, mechanical and electrical installation, pipeline arrangement, decoration and track laying can be rehearsed and optimized in advance in this virtual world, and the location of each pipeline and the interface of each equipment can be 'demined' in advance to avoid rework." ” The Chengde Line is an important project in the backbone commuting network of Chengde Meizi urbanization, starting from Weijialian Station of Chengdu Metro Line 1 and ending at Deyang North Station in Deyang City, with a total length of 70.87 kilometers. With the help of Beidou, all 10 underground stations on the Chengde Line have been capped, the total amount of shield tunneling has been completed by 83%, and the continuous beam bridges across the three rivers of Shiting River, Qingbai River and Duck River and a number of urban main roads have been successfully closed.

Efficiency improvement: On-site surveying and mapping has been shortened from one week to more than ten minutes
