218 companies! Chongqing Rail Transit Industry Ecological Alliance was established

On February 4, the inaugural meeting and the first general meeting of the Chongqing Rail Transit Industry Ecological Alliance were successfully held. The conference elected the first chairman unit, vice chairman unit, secretary-general unit and director unit, marking a new stage of ecological coordination and clustering in the development of Chongqing's rail transit industry. Zheng Xiangdong, Vice Mayor of Chongqing Municipal People's Government, attended the meeting to congratulate and witness the establishment of the alliance.

All parties had a pragmatic discussion on increasing efforts to serve the city's rail transit industry in the future. Zheng Xiangdong listened carefully to the introduction and suggestions of various enterprises in terms of market layout and localized development, and said that after the establishment of the industrial alliance, efforts should be made to build a close "technical connection, interest connection, and work connection" to form an efficient and collaborative innovation community. It is necessary to establish and improve a normalized docking and cooperation mechanism to ensure smooth communication and cooperation, jointly respond to the challenges of the "going out" market, seize development opportunities, and help the city's rail transit industry ecology move to a higher level.

The conference deliberated and approved the "Charter of Chongqing Rail Transit Industry Ecological Alliance", and elected Chongqing Transportation Development Investment Group as the chairman unit of the alliance, the vice chairman unit composed of 32 units such as CRRC Changke, and the director unit composed of 63 units including the Second Institute of China RailwayChongqing Transportation Industry and Investment Company was elected as the secretary-general unit to build an industrial community with coordinated development of "government, industry, academia and research funds". The alliance has gathered 218 units, covering planning, design, consulting, construction, operation, TOD development, scientific research institutes, financial institutions and other industrial chains, including 141 in the city and 77 outside the city. According to the professional field, there are 89 in the operation and equipment industry, 58 in the service guarantee category, 41 in the design consulting category, 23 in the construction and engineering management category, and 7 in the operation and resource development category.

The Chongqing Rail Transit Industry Ecological Alliance is led by the Municipal Economic and Information Commission, and jointly guided by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Commission, the Municipal Transportation Commission, and the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, forming a three-level operation mechanism of "General Assembly, Council, and Secretariat"There are five professional committees, namely operation and equipment industry, operation and resource development, construction and engineering management, service guarantee, and design consulting, which are led by Chongqing Rail Operation Company, Chongqing Transportation Resources Development Company, Chongqing Transportation Construction Management Company, Chongqing Transportation Production Investment Company, and Chongqing Rail Design Institute.

As the chairman unit, the group will perform the duties of "chain master", uphold the principle of "consultation, co-construction and sharing", connect with the city's "33618" industrial layout, promote scenario openness and technology sharing, promote management and business model innovation, focus on joint research and development in the fields of smart construction, intelligent operation and maintenance, build a supply and demand docking platform to help the integrated development of large and medium-sized enterprises, and build Chongqing's rail transit industry ecology into an industrial highland of "leading in the west, rounding up the country and Chongqing recognition".
