The Vice Minister of Commerce met with Han Fali, CEO of Alstom Group in Beijing

On December 2, Ling Ji, Vice Minister of Commerce and Deputy Representative for International Trade Negotiations, met with Han Fali, CEO of Alstom Group in Beijing.

Ling Ji said that China is accelerating the development of new quality productivity and promoting the transformation of manufacturing to high-end, intelligent and green. With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization level, rail transit development prospects are broad. The Chinese government encourages foreign investment in advanced rail transit equipment and hopes that Alstom will continue to deepen its cultivation in the Chinese market and jointly explore third-party markets with Chinese companies.

Han Fali said that thanks to the strong support of the Chinese government, Alstom's investment and operation in China have achieved good results. I will sign new commercial agreements with Chinese partners during my visit to China with President Macron, and we are confident in our long-term development in China. Alstom will continue to expand its investment in localization, commit to technical cooperation and expanded reinvestment, and work with Chinese companies in third-party markets.
