This customized washing truck for tunnels adapts to complex operating environments with a compact design: the body is 12.5 meters long, 2.8 meters wide, and 2.7 meters high, with a minimum turning radius of only 6 meters, which can freely shuttle through complex tunnel lines, and a maximum travel speed of 30 km/h greatly improves operational efficiency. The equipment is equipped with 20-30 intelligently adjusting high-pressure nozzles and adjustable injection pressure of 80-150bar, which can realize full-section cleaning according to the actual working conditions of the tunnel. By selectively turning off some nozzles, electrical equipment and key facilities can be accurately avoided to ensure operational safety.

It is worth noting that the recovery rate of the vacuum suction wastewater recovery system is more than 95%, and with a 5 cubic meter large-capacity water storage tank, it avoids the secondary pollution of wastewater to the tunnel environment while being efficient and clean, reflecting the concept of green construction.
