Hefei Xinqiao Airport Line S1 is the first fully automatic urban project of Hefei Railway, and the train body adopts the theme color of the line "bright tea brown", which not only precipitates the simple charm of Hefei's millennia, but also highlights the city's calm and introverted cultural temperament. The train head is designed to be a drop shape, and the water drop is soft to hard, symbolizing the eclectic character of the city of Hefei.
The train adopts a four-car urban B-type car, each carriage is about 20 meters long, 2.8 meters wide and 3.8 meters high. The maximum passenger capacity of the whole vehicle can reach 1,300 people, and the maximum operating speed can reach 120 km/h. The cabin adopts the arrangement of some horizontal seats and adds luggage racks. The luggage compartment is equipped with a "special seat", and the bottom of the luggage rack has anti-slip grooves and silent rubber strips to ensure that the luggage is stable when the train is speeding.
A new sand spreading system has been added to the train. When the track surface is slippery and causes the train to slide seriously, the system starts sprinkling sand to increase the friction coefficient between the train and the track, thereby shortening the braking distance and improving safety. In addition, the train pantograph is equipped with a de-icing carbon skateboard for the first time. In winter rainy and snowy weather, the device uses electric bus operation machinery to remove ice on the catenary to ensure the safe operation of the vehicle.
For the first time, the S1 line of Hefei Xinqiao Airport electric buses adopt permanent magnet traction system technology to realize the upgrading from asynchronous traction system to permanent magnet traction system, and further promote the development of green and low-carbon rail transit. The permanent magnet traction system has the characteristics of high efficiency, high power factor and high power density, which can further save the power consumption of trains and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction. At the same time, the permanent magnet synchronous traction motor is faster and less noisy, providing passengers with a more comfortable riding experience.
Hefei Xinqiao Airport S1 line electric bus optimizes the layout of wireless charging equipment, the whole vehicle is equipped with 10 wireless charging equipment and 18 USB charging interfaces, and the location is optimized to improve the convenience of charging passengers' mobile devices; At the same time, for the first time, the airtight design concept is adopted, the front of the car is welded with aluminum alloy superplastic molding technology and the car body seal group welding, and the door system is equipped with airtight doors and auxiliary locking devices to enhance airtightness. The train is equipped with a pressure wave and an active waste discharge device to block pressure changes and driving noise when entering and exiting the tunnel, improving ride comfort.
Up to now, Hefei Xinqiao Airport S1 Line (Hefei Section) has 11 stations with the main structure capped (9 underground stations; 2 elevated stations), and all 18 shield sections have been completed. Station decoration construction, track laying and system equipment installation and commissioning are being carried out simultaneously.
