The research and development of "Nezha" originated from the construction needs of "safety capability" that Shanghai Metro focused on, and adopted the development mechanism of the linkage between the Tunnel Design Institute, the Maintenance and Public Works Company and the Academician Zhu Hehua Workstation under the overall planning of the group, and under the guidance of the innovation needs of the production model, the technical capabilities, business experience and application scenarios of all parties were integrated, and a systematic operation mode of high-precision data collection, standardized data interface and unified base map management was formed. Accurate positioning and health monitoring of facilities and equipment in various sectors such as operation provide timely and efficient data services.
"Nezha" medium-speed comprehensive inspection vehicle for the field of urban rail transit facilities and equipment health detection, including three systems, six modules, can cover more than 20 rail, tunnel, bridge professional related testing content, integrated laser section scanner, high-definition line scan camera module, high-precision infrared thermal imager, track geometry detector, dual-track ultrasonic flaw detector, track bed inspection system and other sensing modules, design detection speed of 15km/h, the use of unified spatio-temporal data integrated management, supporting the development of data acquisition and analysis application software, Through AI analysis of multi-source data, it can accurately identify 0.2mm width segment cracks, leakage, damage and other diseases, and automatically identify and mark the facilities and equipment in the track area with sub-meter positioning, and the track geometry detection accuracy meets the level 0 standard. "Nezha" adopts the design idea of modular combination, after more than 10 tests and optimizations, and has been put into production on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 1 and Line 4, collecting more than 30 kilometers of tunnel limits, structural deformation, apparent diseases, facilities and equipment and other data, each system is in good running state, and the data collection is efficient and clear, forging a normalized, fast, accurate and intelligent detection ability for Shanghai Metro, and improving the safety of subway operation.
