Visit associations to seek a framework for cooperation
In the exchange and discussion with the China Urban Rail Transit Association, Zhong Jianhua, vice president of the association, said that Malaysia is a friendly neighbor and an important cooperative partner of China, and the visit of the Malaysian delegation coincides with the historic moment of the "golden 50 years" of China-Malaysia relations. This year marks the 5th anniversary of the release of the "Smart Urban Rail Development Outline" for China's urban rail transit, and China has achieved remarkable results in promoting urban rail informatization, developing intelligent systems, and building smart urban rail. The association will give full play to the role of a bridge for China-Malaysia urban rail cooperation, integrate the advantages of China's urban rail transit industry chain, and help Malaysia improve the modernization level of urban rail transit. Mr. Dutt highly appreciated the development achievements of China's rail transit and looked forward to the cooperation between the two sides in smart and intelligent, connectivity, straddle monorail technology and ASEAN countries.
From April 21st to 22nd, Zhong Jianhua accompanied the delegation to inspect Chongqing Rail Group, Dazhulin Control Center, Laijiaqiao Vehicle Base, Liziba Cultural and Creative Theme Pavilion and Chongqing Changke Factoryand other main units in the industrial chain, and put forward a three-in-one cooperation mechanism of "collaborative innovation of technology, joint training of talents, and joint construction of cooperation platforms". Le Mei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Chongqing Rail Group, Zhang Jun, Deputy General Manager, and Xiao Jingfei, Chairman of Chongqing Changqing, participated in the exchange. As the birthplace of China's straddle monorail technology, Chongqing has built the world's largest monorail transportation network, and has formed a unique experience in the field of intelligent operation and maintenance, and is willing to share Chongqing's application achievements in intelligent operation and maintenance systems, trackside detection systems, on-board monitoring systems, intelligent inspection robots and other technologies in vehicles and power supply with Malaysia, so as to help Malaysian rail transit operate efficiently and safely.
The Malaysian delegation focused on the intelligent operation and maintenance system of straddle monorail and the development model of "station-city integration", and further strengthened the confidence of the "China technology + localized application" cooperation model after inspecting the capabilities of the whole industry chain of Chongqing's long-distance passenger vehicle manufacturing.
The trip to Beijing was to learn about the innovative achievements
From April 24th to 26th, the Malaysian delegation visited Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd., Beijing Rail Transit Network Command Center and Support Center, Cigezhuang Depot of Rail Operation Company, Daxing Airport Line, BII Technology and Traffic Control Technologyand other rail transit related enterprises. Han Zhiwei, Deputy General Manager of BIIC, Ren Yuhang, Deputy General Manager, Xuan Jing, General Manager of Science and Technology Innovation Department, Fang Zhiwei, General Manager of Road Network Company, and Liu Yu, General Manager of BII Technology, respectively participated in the exchange meeting, in which Han Zhiwei systematically introduced the integrated model of "planning-construction-operation-resource development" of Beijing rail transit, and shared digital practical experience in the fields of dispatching and command, ticketing system, etc. Gao Chunhai, chairman of Traffic Control Technology Group, demonstrated the strategic layout of emerging fields such as independent and controllable train control system, CBTC and low-altitude economy.
