On April 22, the first train of Dongguan Rail Transit Line 1 produced by CRRC Guangdong Company was successfully shipped, which marked the key stage of operation preparation for the traffic artery running through the north and south of Dongguan.
As an important part of the "metropolitan area on rail" in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Dongguan Line 1 adopts the world's highest level of GoA4 fully autonomous driving technology, and will become the first fully autonomous metro line in Dongguan.
Line 1 trains use 6-car (4-moving, 2-towing) B-type cars, with a maximum speed of 120 km/h. The vehicle was developed by CRRC Nanjing Puzhen Vehicle Co., Ltd., and CRRC Guangdong participated in the development, integrating a number of innovative technologies:
Intelligent O&M system It is equipped with an active obstacle monitoring system, a running part monitoring system, a vehicle-mounted pantograph monitoring system, a vehicle-mounted battery monitoring system, a track inspection system, a fire alarm system, etc., to improve the safety of train operation. Green and energy-saving design The extremely lightweight permanent magnet traction train has the characteristics of high efficiency and heavy load, green intelligence, safety and reliability, carbon reduction and environmental protection. Fully autonomous driving technology It has the functions of automatic wake-up, automatic detection, automatic operation, automatic alignment parking, automatic door opening and closing, fault diagnosis, automatic sleep, etc., to improve operational efficiency and reduce the risk of human error.
The exterior of the train is dominated by "technology blue", and the streamlined front of the train presents a sense of the future; The interior decoration of the guest room is ingenious, perfectly integrating the cultural symbol of "dragon boat racing" with the modern design language. In terms of user-friendly design, the carriage is equipped with an intelligent environmental adjustment system to improve passenger comfort.
Line 1 is about 57.5 kilometers long and has 25 stations, forming a "ten" skeleton with the existing Line 2, greatly alleviating the pressure of urban traffic and promoting Dongguan's integration into the "one-hour living circle" of the Greater Bay Area.
