On April 21, China's first batch of 1000kW power level battery-powered locomotives officially rolled off the assembly line in CRRC Dalian Company, and the first batch of 10 battery-powered locomotives will be used in the production of iron and steel enterprises, replacing traditional high-polluting diesel locomotives, and pressing the fast-forward button for the green transformation of traditional industries.
The battery-powered locomotive off the assembly line is equipped with a high-power lithium iron phosphate power battery system, and the biggest highlight is the liquid-cooled fast charging technology adopted by the locomotive, which realizes 680kW ultra-high power charging, and can complete full power replenishment in only 70 minutes, which is 1 times more efficient than the traditional charging mode. In order to facilitate the purchase, configuration and use of users, the locomotive adopts a mature new energy vehicle charging module, and the compatibility between the charging module and the new energy vehicle charging pile is as high as 99%.
According to Yang Wanlu, the overall designer of the locomotive development department of CRRC Dalian Company, in the field of intelligence, the locomotive is reserved with an unmanned intelligent transportation interface, which can realize all-weather unmanned operation in closed scenes and improve transportation efficiency by simulating the operation habits of senior drivers. The synchronous auxiliary lookout system can expand the driver's field of vision, make up for the limitations of traditional visual observation, and eliminate blind spots.
In order to reduce the heat loss, reduce the smoke and dust emissions, and improve the working environment during the transportation of molten iron, the locomotive designed a 380V AC power control system with iron ladle capping for the first time, which can meet the collaborative operation of 6 capping devices. At the same time, for the on-site high-temperature working environment, the roof is used for the first time to use high-temperature resistant paint, which can withstand high temperatures of up to 650 degrees.
It is reported that the batch of 10 new energy locomotives was ordered by Zhongnan Iron and Steel Group. With the full delivery of locomotives within the year, the group's plant will bid farewell to the era of highly polluting diesel locomotives.
