Rail Transit Exhibition News Recently, the concrete main structure of Station 1 of Bogotá Metro Line 1 was successfully capped, and representatives of project owners, supervisors, leadership teams, construction participants and cooperative units attended the capping ceremony.

Station 1 is the first single building in Colombia to adopt the fully localized construction and management mode among Chinese-funded enterprises, with an area of 11,106 square meters. Since the start of construction of Station 1 of the project in May 2024, hundreds of technical and management personnel have been sticking to the front line of construction day and night, keeping an eye on the construction nodes, optimizing the process arrangement, and always putting quality progress and safety production in the first place, so as to promote the smooth capping of the station. The topping out is a major milestone for the project, which has won wide recognition and cooperation from the owners, supervisors and citizens, and laid the foundation for the construction of 16 stations on the whole line.
