The CR450 EMU prototype was released globally


On December 29, the CR450 EMU prototype was officially released in Beijing, which quickly attracted the attention and reports of domestic and foreign media. The CR450 EMU technology has achieved a comprehensive iterative upgrade, breaking through the three complete sets of technologies of drag and consumption reduction, vibration and noise reduction, and all-factor lightweight system integration, and the three system technologies of high-power permanent magnet traction, time-sensitive train network communication, multi-level control and braking, as well as a number of key technologies such as high-critical speed and high-safety bogie. The train has the characteristics of higher speed, safer, more energy-saving, more comfortable and more intelligent, and has built a technical system for EMUs with a speed of 400 kilometers per hour, realizing comprehensive innovation in theory, technology, equipment, standards and management models, and injecting new vitality into promoting the technological innovation and development of high-speed rail in the world.

Released the world's first serialized new energy locomotive

On June 28, CRRC released a series of new energy locomotives for the first time in the world, and 7 representative models were unveiled. The series of locomotives has three power configurations: "internal combustion engine + power battery", "power battery" and "hydrogen fuel cell", covering a variety of power from 1000 kilowatts to 2000 kilowatts, which can achieve low-carbon and zero-carbon emissions, low noise and high-efficiency operation, and will effectively solve the problems of "high fuel consumption, high emissions, high noise and poor comfort" existing in old diesel locomotives.

Diesel locomotives exported to Kazakhstan trunk line freight rolled off the assembly line

On November 9, the diesel locomotive developed by CRRC for export to Kazakhstan rolled off the assembly line in Dalian, Liaoning Province. The car is China's first high-power AC drive trunk locomotive developed based on the requirements of the EAC certification of the Customs Union countries, which will become one of the important achievements of the high-quality "Belt and Road" cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the field of rail transit, and further promote the modernization process of Kazakhstan's railways.

The first new intelligent heavy-duty electric locomotive rolled off the assembly line

On May 9, China's first new intelligent heavy-duty electric locomotive rolled off the assembly line in Zhuzhou, Hunan. This is a new generation of main electric locomotive jointly developed by Guoneng Shuohuang Railway Company and CRRC, which will be used in the heavy-haul transportation of Shuohuang Railway, the second largest channel of China's west-to-east coal transportation, marking another major technological breakthrough in the field of heavy-haul railway transportation equipment in China and realizing the strategic transformation of heavy-haul locomotives. The locomotive is equipped with the world's first high-torque permanent magnet direct-drive traction motor, which is more powerful and efficient, more energy-saving, more reliable and durable than the existing locomotive asynchronous traction motor.

Train Autonomous Operation System (TACS) Successfully Passed the "Big Test"

On March 24, CRRC's Autonomous Train Operation System (TACS) successfully passed the test and verification review of the fully automatic functional test line. With vehicles as the core, TACS realizes the leap from "automatic operation" to "autonomous operation" of trains, and is a typical representative of CRRC's "product +" and "system +", representing the future technological development direction of the industry.

The first new energy intelligent intercity city EMU was released

On September 24, China's first new energy intelligent intercity EMU, CINOVA H₂, developed by CRRC, was released at the Berlin exhibition. The car breaks through the key technology of hydrogen power application, and has "zero carbon" emissions throughout the journey, "running faster, more and farther" than similar international products, injecting new impetus into the green upgrading of non-electrified railway passenger equipment.

A new generation of energy storage system CESS-4.0

On September 2, CRRC released a new generation of energy storage system CESS-4.0, which consists of a ≥ 6.9MW booster converter integrated machine, a ≥6.9MWh energy storage battery compartment and supporting EMS. Equipped with three "black technologies" of self-defined 688Ah cells, energy storage direct coolers, and one core, one management CCS+ technology, it has been updated and upgraded in multiple dimensions, bringing customers a more efficient, safer, smarter, and more flexible all-scenario energy storage integrated solution.

A new hopper car was released

On July 3, the L78AMS-AUS Australian aluminum alloy quasi-rail grain hopper car was officially released. The car lightweight steel and aluminum riveting and welding hybrid structure, light weight, heavy load, leading technology industry; Large-opening duplex multi-door hole high-sealing aluminum alloy bottom door technology, high unloading efficiency; Built-in drive shaft technology, large vehicle volume; The control system with interlocking function has high transportation safety and technological innovation to lead the market competition.

On September 10, the KM82 composite coal hopper truck officially rolled off the assembly line. For the first time, the car realized the application of carbon fiber composite materials to the main bearing structure of heavy-duty railway wagons, and the first time to integrate the application of on-board intelligent monitoring system in China's railway wagons, marking a major breakthrough in the field of manufacturing and R&D and application of new materials for heavy-haul railway mobile equipment in China.

The 20MW floating wind turbine "Qihang" was released

On October 10, CRRC's 20MW floating wind turbine "Qihang" was officially released. The unit has the advantages of system modularization, stability and full-chain collaboration, and adopts high-end technologies such as compact integrated semi-direct drive design, 66kV box transformer overhead, as well as customized development of parts with low failure rate, high fault tolerance and strong seismic resistance.

On September 24, at the International Wind Energy Exhibition in Hamburg, Germany, CRRC's 25MW offshore semi-direct drive permanent magnet synchronous wind turbine was officially released. For the development of the deep-sea floating operating environment, the generator and gearbox adopt an innovative integrated design, which has the characteristics and advantages of high integration, high system matching, high reliability, low temperature rise and low vibration. At the same time, it integrates the operation and maintenance concept of intelligent monitoring to ensure the efficiency and accuracy of the operation and maintenance process. It is a milestone in improving China's offshore wind power equipment capacity and improving the ability to develop marine resources.
