On December 30, the signing ceremony of the joint venture cooperation agreement of Shaanxi High-end Clean Energy Equipment Innovation Center was held in CRRC Yongji Motor Company. Xing Xiaodong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CRRC Yongji Motor Co., Ltd., Hui Zhe, General Manager of Qin Chuangyuan Development Co., Ltd., Gao Shenghui, General Manager of Shaanxi Yuneng Group Energy and Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd., Yang Yanan, Chairman of Western Metal Materials Co., Ltd., and Ding Youjun, Deputy General Manager of CRRC Capital Management Co., Ltd., witnessed the signing of the joint venture cooperation agreement. Wang Bin, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of CRRC Yongji Motor Company, presided over the signing ceremony.
He Yongke, deputy general manager of CRRC Yongji Motor Co., Ltd., signed a contract with representatives of all parties to establish a joint venture Shaanxi high-end clean energy equipment innovation center.
In the "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic development outline, CRRC has clarified the strategic development positioning of "one core, two first-class businesses" and the need to accelerate the construction of a new industrial development pattern of "two tracks and two clusters". As a core subsidiary of CRRC, CRRC Yongji Motor Co., Ltd., relying on the core technology of high-speed rail and the advantages of wind power R&D and production capacity layout, actively carries out business model innovation, continuously expands horizontally to new business areas, focuses on pumped storage electromechanical systems, flywheel energy storage systems and other clean energy equipment fields, improves innovation capabilities, consolidates the industrial foundation, breaks through key core technologies, and promotes the rapid large-scale application and iterative upgrading of new technologies.
Under the guidance of the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" signed between CRRC and Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, CRRC Yongji Motor Co., Ltd. has carried out many exchanges with Qin Chuangyuan Development Co., Ltd. and other partners, established an innovation center through the construction of a diversified equity model, and carried out the R&D and industrialization of high-end clean energy equipment based on variable speed pumped storage electromechanical equipment and flywheel energy storage. The joining of all partners has further improved the layout of the whole industry chain of the innovation center in high-end clean energy equipment, brought technology, resources and capital support to the Shaanxi clean energy equipment innovation center, and will effectively promote the innovation and development of the clean energy equipment industry.
The signing ceremony marks the official establishment of Shaanxi High-end Clean Energy Equipment Innovation Center. In the future, the innovation center will bring together top scientific research forces at home and abroad, focus on the technological development trend, key technology research and development and achievement transformation in the field of high-end clean energy equipment, and strive to build a comprehensive innovation platform integrating technology research and development, product design, test verification, industrial incubation and talent training, promote the breakthrough and innovation of clean energy technology, enhance the international competitiveness of China's clean energy equipment, and inject strong impetus into the energy transformation and high-quality development of Shaanxi and even the whole country.
