Rail Transit Exhibition News Recently, the vice president unit of the New Technology Promotion Branch of the China Communications and Transportation Association, China General Number CASCO, participated in the declaration of the "Passenger Demand-Oriented Rail Transit Four-network Integration Collaborative Operation and Organization Optimization" was successfully approved as a key support project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China Railway Innovation and Development Joint Fund (approval number: U2469201). This project is supported by Beijing Jiaotong University, and CASCO and Shanghai Regional Railway Operation Co., Ltd. are the core participants to jointly carry out research.

In view of the development trend and urgent needs of the "four-network integration" of rail transit, this project aims to effectively integrate the transportation capacity resources of different rail transit systems, realize the integration of the operation organization of the "four-network integration", and improve the operation efficiency and service quality of the transportation network by studying the interoperability mechanism of the converged network, the global optimization method of network capacity adapted to passenger transport demand, the integrated hub distribution capacity and efficient passenger transport organization.

In recent years, with the vigorous development of urban railways and the in-depth implementation of the "four-network integration" strategy, CASCO has actively promoted the research and development and application of related products. The company has successfully launched the STCS city signal system solution with flexible configuration of signal system, and applied it to many projects such as Shanghai Rail Transit City Line, Airport Liaison Line, Shenzhen University Intercity, Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity Dapeng Branch Line and Shenzhen-Huizhou Intercity. At the same time, CASCO also took the lead in applying for the major project of the National Railway Administration, "Research on Urban (Suburban) Railway Signaling System Based on "Four-network Integration", and the key project of Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission, "R&D and Application of Urban Railway Signaling System", and constantly explored cutting-edge technologies.

The successful approval of the National Natural Science Foundation of China project not only fully demonstrates CASCO's forward-looking layout in the field of "four-network integration", but also reflects CASCO's scientific research innovation and comprehensive strength in this field, and provides strong momentum for the construction of a three-dimensional and multi-level transportation network represented by rail transit by further deepening relevant technology research.
