On November 22, the signing ceremony of Wuhan Rail Transit Industry Innovation Base was held in Huangpi District, Wuhan City, and 6 projects were signed on the spot, with a total investment of 1.85 billion yuan, involving the construction of intelligent manufacturing industrial park, power supply system, rail transit intelligent operation and maintenance, general equipment, survey and design and other fields.
"Huangpi has significant location advantages, airports, ports, and railways are all around, convenient transportation, and high-quality business environment, and our project only takes 2 months from early docking to signing." Zhang Aihua, general manager of Wuhan Dehao Science and Technology Industry Development Co., Ltd., said that the company will invest 1.5 billion yuan in Wuhan Rail Transit Industry Innovation Base to build an intelligent manufacturing industrial park and introduce equipment manufacturing, auto parts, electronic information and other productive enterprises.
In August 2020, Wuhan City, led by Wuhan CRRC Changxin Rail Vehicle Co., Ltd., launched the construction of Wuhan Rail Transit Industry Innovation Base in Huangpi District. Up to now, Wuhan Rail Industry Innovation Base has a total of 132 registered enterprises, and 92 enterprises have signed contracts, with a total contracted investment of 36.92 billion yuan.
