On October 17, the reporter learned from Lanzhou Rail Company that the loan project of the first phase of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 2 successfully passed the final monitoring and inspection of Germany KfW (KFW).

With the care and support of the national, provincial and municipal development and reform commissions and financial departments, the first phase of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 2 project uses Germany promotion loans totaling 200 million euros, which is the largest loan among the eight projects selected by the bank in China in 2018, mainly used for the procurement and construction of safety doors, elevators and escalators, vehicles and section yard technology, station mechanical and electrical and decoration decoration, weak current and power supply systems, main substations and external power supply equipment for the first phase of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 2.

After the first phase of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 2 project undertook the loan, it became the only state-owned enterprise in Lanzhou to use the loan of Dexiang so far. In accordance with the requirements, the corresponding projects of the loan are strictly implemented in accordance with the terms of FIDIC. In the process of project construction, scientific and standardized management experience has been introduced, high-quality management talents have been cultivated, and experience in obtaining and using foreign government loans has been accumulated.

It is understood that the relevant personnel of Germany KfW Bank (KFW) recently conducted a three-day final monitoring and inspection of the Germany promotion loan project of the first phase of Lanzhou Rail Transit Line 2, and fully affirmed the project construction results after the inspection.
