Japan's biggest IPO in six years! Tokyo Metro Listing Prices Announced!

Tokyo Metro, one of the two largest subway operators in the Japan capital, has announced a preliminary price range for its upcoming initial public offering (IPO). The company has set a price range of 1,100 to 1,200 yen per share, which is a revision of the original estimate of 1,100 yen per share in today's regulatory filing.

The final IPO price of Tokyo Metro Corporation will be determined on October 15, after which it will be listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange on October 23. Last month, Tokyo Metro announced an indicative IPO price of 1,100 yen per share. The company plans to raise 319.55 billion yen ($2.15 billion), making the IPO the largest in Japan in nearly six years.
