Fei Dongbin said that in recent years, the cooperation between China and Kenya in building the "Belt and Road" has yielded fruitful results, and projects such as the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway have not only brought benefits to the people of the two countries, but also set an example for China-Africa cooperation. The State Railway Administration is willing to take this exchange as an opportunity to further deepen the cooperation and exchanges between the two countries in railway planning, construction, operation and management, contribute to the promotion of China-Kenya relations to a new level, and better help build a China-Kenya community with a shared future.

He spoke highly of China's remarkable achievements in railway development and the important role played by China-Kenya railway cooperation in deepening the friendship between the two countries, and hoped that China would continue to guide relevant enterprises to promote the high-quality development of Kenya's domestic and inter-regional railways, including the Mombasa-Nairobi Railway.
