Rail Transit Exhibition News A few days ago, the National Key R&D Program "Transportation Infrastructure" key special project "Intelligent Construction Technology for Ultra-long Submarine Tunnel" project launched and implemented the demonstration meeting was held at Shandong University.
The project is led by Li Shucai, President of Shandong University and Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and the Fourth Institute of Iron Science takes the lead in undertaking the research task of Project 1 "Multi-objective Collaborative Optimization and Scientific Design of Ultra-long Submarine Tunnel".
The ultra-long undersea tunnel is an important transportation project that crosses the sea moat, breaks through the bay and strait, and realizes intercontinental interconnection, sea and land interconnection, which plays an important supporting role in promoting the implementation of the strategy of "transportation power" and "maritime power" and promoting the integrated and high-quality development of coastal areas.
Xiao Mingqing, a national engineering survey and design master and chief engineer of the Iron Fourth Institute, said that the ultra-long submarine tunnel has the characteristics of long line, large water depth, complex geological conditions, and unlimited supply of seawater. At present, the coupling relationship between the reasonable overburden thickness, the anti-drainage system, the ground-to-ground docking mode, and the design of the ventilation and smoke exhaust system is not clear, and the multi-objective scientific collaborative design is difficult, and it is urgent to break through the multi-objective safety and economic collaborative design method of ultra-long submarine tunnel.
In the next two years, the Fourth Institute of Iron will cooperate with Shandong University and the 14th Bureau of China Railway to take the multi-objective collaborative scientific design of ultra-long submarine tunnel as the goal, and use comprehensive research methods such as theoretical analysis, indoor test, model test, field test, numerical simulation and other comprehensive research methods to jointly tackle the problems of minimum overburden thickness, anti-drainage system, ground docking and long-distance ventilation and smoke exhaust without shafts, so as to fill the gap in the industry, further consolidate the leading position of the underwater tunnel of the Fourth Institute, and support the high-quality construction of the submarine tunnel.
As the leader of China's underwater tunnel design technology, the Tiesi Institute is the design institute with the most experience in submarine tunnel design in China, and the designed Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed rail Shiziyang Tunnel is the longest submarine tunnel (10.8 kilometers) that has been built in China, and it is also the first underground docking submarine tunnel in China. The Jintang Submarine Tunnel of the Yongzhou Railway is in Chinathe longest undersea high-speed rail tunnel under construction (16.2 km); The second undersea tunnel of Jiaozhou Bay is in ChinaThe longest undersea highway tunnel (14.37 km) has laid a solid foundation for the smooth development and application verification of the project.
