The assembly line adopts a number of advanced technologies at home and abroad, such as intelligent lifting devices, maintenance lifting platforms, etc., which has the characteristics of high efficiency, intelligence and stability. Among them, the intelligent lifting device can achieve millimeter-level accuracy, and the maintenance lifting platform can accurately locate the position of the coupler, which is convenient for staff to operate.

In addition, the coupler service table is also equipped with hydraulic devices, which effectively solves the problem of removing the base and hooking the tail, and the cantilever can be used within a radius of 2 meters, which improves the maintenance efficiency.
