The built-in bogie released on the 17th is the first innovative product independently developed in the field of high-speed EMUs in China for three years.

The bogie is the running system of rail vehicles and one of the core components of high-speed EMUs.
Zhou Dianmai, chief technical expert of CRRC Group, introduced,The built-in bogie is the first composite material in the railway industry to move the axle box, frame, and a series of suspension components of the bogie from the outside of the wheel to the inside of the wheelLeaf springsThe technology makes full use of the longitudinal size of the bogie and solves the problem of small lateral space of the built-in bogie.
In addition, the built-in bogie adopts oil and gas suspension technology, and the damping function of a series of shock absorbers increases the anti-roll function, which solves the problem of weak roll function of a series of built-in bogies; At the same time, the mature structure of bogie arm positioning is retained, which is suitable for high-speed operation of EMUs.
Zhou Dianmai introduced: "A piece has two functions, the shock absorber originally only had a damping function, which was used to attenuate vertical vibration, this time it not only retained this function, but also added an anti-roll function. In fact, we transplanted the technology of the car, and we connected the left and right shock absorbers, so that when the car passed the curve, it could detect that it was running on a curve, so that it still had the speed and comfort of a straight road. ”
Zhou Dianmai said that at present, the built-in bogie is in the test and experimental stage, the product design speed is 400km/h, the speed of the test bench has reached 600km/h, and the stability, stability and comfort of the EMU and other technical indicators have met the requirements of relevant standards.
"Compared with the traditional external bogie, the built-in bogie reduces weight by 20%, the energy consumption of the vehicle is reduced by 15%, the wear of wheels and rails is reduced by about 30%, the wheel-rail noise is reduced by about 2 decibels, and the maintenance cost of line maintenance and bogies is reduced by 15% in the whole life cycle, which has the characteristics of lightweight, green energy saving and low cost."
High-speed rail is China's bright business card and a "hot commodity" on the "Belt and Road". CRRC said that in the future, CRRC Changqing will be guided by scientific and technological innovation, driven by industrial breakthroughs, and supported by key components such as bogies, to accelerate the development of core technologies and key components, and to help China's high-speed rail to achieve steady and far-reaching development.
