Recently, the track of the Nosu section of the Hungarian Railway in Serbia equipped with the fully autonomous ETCS-2 train control system of China's general number has been completed, and the dynamic test of the train between Novi Sad and Vilbas has reached the maximum design speed of 200Km/h, marking the new major progress in the construction of the Hungarian-Serbian Railway and laying a solid foundation for the next step of the whole line operation. Li Ming, Chinese Ambassador to Serbia, Wang Tongjun, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of China State Railway Group Co., Ltd., and Zhao Xiaodong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China General Signal, attended the track breakthrough ceremony.

The Hungarian-Serbian railway in Serbia is divided into Benoy section and Nosu section, the Benoy section has been opened in 2022, and the remaining Novi Sad to the national border section in Serbia is planned to be opened by the end of this year.

As a landmark project of the "Belt and Road" in Europe, the Cypriot Railway is the first railway project of Chinese railways in Europe in accordance with the EU all-factor standards. As one of the main Chinese enterprises participating in the construction of the Hungarian-Serbian Railway, China General Signal is responsible for the construction tasks of integrated equipment, construction and maintenance of communication, signal and information specialties of the whole line, and has realized the application of China's fully autonomous complete set of train control system equipment in Europe.

 

Wang Tongjun and his entourage came to the site of the Hungarian project to inspect the work, first to inspect the Novi Sad dispatching center of China General Signal Construction, and learned from the on-site construction personnel about the construction of the dispatching system, the station dispatching operation mode and the number of existing passenger and freight trains. Wang Tongjun recognized the quality and progress of the current construction of China General Number, and put forward requirements for the follow-up work, hoping that the dispatching center would optimize the configuration, speed up the construction progress of the remaining sections, and complete the construction of the remaining sections ahead of schedule under the condition of ensuring the quality of construction.

Zhao Xiaodong highly recognized the achievements of the project department in a short period of time, expressed his gratitude to the construction personnel who have worked hard overseas for a long time, and hoped that all the construction personnel will make persistent efforts and have the courage to compete for the first. First, it is necessary to sort out the remaining work, refine the construction organization, and achieve the opening goal smoothly and smoothly. Second, it is necessary to strengthen risk management and control, control the business risks of overseas projects, and ensure that the project implementation is compliant and legal. Third, it is necessary to pay attention to quality and safety, summarize and analyze the fault problems that occur during the test and commissioning of the Benoy section and the Nuosu section, and dig deep into the causes of the failure to ensure the safety and reliability of the equipment. Fourth, it is necessary to do a good job in publicity and guidance, actively cooperate with the propaganda of Chinese and foreign media in the "Belt and Road", tell the story of the signal, and spread the voice of the signal.

Most of the existing railways in Serbia were built in the last century, and the average operating speed of the existing Nosu section of the railway was about 45Km/h before the transformation, and after the completion of the Nosu section, the Nosu section of the high-speed railway equipped with the China ETCS-2 train control system will be put into operation at a speed of 200Km/h, and the travel time will be shortened from about 150 minutes before the transformation to about 35 minutes in the future.

 The Hungarian-Serbian Railway is the first railway built in Europe in accordance with the ETCS standard, and it is also the first cross-border railway to be implemented in Europe. The ETCS-2-ETCS-1-ETCS-2 cross-border conversion method proposed by China General Number effectively reduces the probability of cross-border parking caused by equipment failure when the train crosses the border, and avoids national security issues such as smuggling and smuggling. Reduce the number of signaling equipment that needs to be transformed for the synchronization of the other interface station due to the transformation of one interface station; Since Serbia is not a member of the European Union, this solution can effectively avoid information security problems such as data leakage and malicious attacks by hackers between the EU and non-EU member states. At the same time, the division of investment, construction, design interface and operation and maintenance subjects is clear, which has finally been recognized by both Hungary and Serbia, and provides a "communication plan" for the cross-border connection of the Hungarian and Serbian railways.

The successful passage of the wireless network optimization test marks that the functions of the vehicle-ground wireless communication system have been basically completed, and provides a transmission channel for the joint commissioning of on-board equipment and ground equipment of the train control system in the next stage.
