Shaoxing released the first financial development plan for Hangzhou: to accelerate the construction

On March 22, the Shaoxing Municipal Government Office released the "Shaoxing Ronghang Development Plan". The surging news learned from the Shaoxing Municipal Development and Reform Commission on the 25th that this is the first time that Shaoxing has specially introduced a plan for Ronghang. "Planning" proposed, Shaoxing will Yuecheng District, Keqiao District, Shangyu District, Zhuji City planning for the key areas of Ronghang, taking into account Shengzhou City and Xinchang County, through the promotion of the eight city development actions, deepen the four key linkage plates, plan ten landmark projects, by 2027 to initially realize the development of the key areas of Ronghang and the central city of Hangzhou, become the province's most exemplary city-based practice unit.

The eight intra-city development actions include infrastructure interconnection, joint tackling of scientific and technological innovation, iterative upgrading of the industrial system, sharing and reciprocity of people's livelihood services, ecological green co-protection and co-governance, cultural tourism innovation and integration, social governance linkage, and openness, cooperation and collaborative improvement. In the action of promoting infrastructure interconnection, the plan proposes to build an integrated rail network between Hangzhou and Shaoxing. Accelerate the construction of a multi-system co-operation and Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Ningbo integrated rail transit network. Promote the construction of the second phase of rail transit, expand the coverage of the main urban area of the Ronghang-Hangzhou line, actively plan the construction of the third phase, and build a highway network in the same city of Hangzhou and Shaoxing. Actively promote the construction of the Rong-Hangzhou Expressway, speed up the formation of three east-west high-speed main passages, four north-south expressway main passages, and promote the preliminary work of Zhusheng Expressway, Zhujian Expressway, Hewen Expressway (Tonglu-Yiwu section), Zhuyi Expressway, etc., to form a convenient and connected Ronghang Expressway Channel, and build an integrated inland waterway shipping network. The target is to achieve 321 kilometers of rail transit operation mileage (including high-speed rail) and 656 kilometers of expressway mileage in key areas of Ronghang, fully realizing half-hour access to the central urban areas of Shaoxing and Hangzhou.

In addition, taking into account the comparative advantages, development needs and geographical location of Hangzhou and Shaoxing, the "Planning" proposes to focus on linking four major spatial sectors. Deepen the construction of the Shaoxing Area of the Hangzhou-Shaoxing Airport Economic Integration Development Demonstration Zone and the Zhuji G60 Innovation Port, and plan to jointly build the Zhuji-Fuyang Poetry and Painting Co-prosperity Belt with ecology and cultural tourism as the core function, promote the linkage of key industrial platforms in Hangzhou and Shaoxing to build an intelligent manufacturing industry ecosystem, and realize the all-round spatial integration of Hangzhou and Shaoxing in the field of "production, life and ecology".
