The system takes into account the comprehensive needs of multiple disciplines such as stations, public works, vehicles and electrical services from the functional point of view, realizes the mode of one-time inspection and data sharing by multiple departments, and opens a new chapter in the application of "low-altitude + railway" industry.
The UAV intelligent inspection platform for railway marshalling station is a UAV inspection platform for the railway industry independently developed by the research and design institute group in response to the requirements of national information innovation and based on the Galaxy Kirin operating system.
Vehicle inspection
Chengdu North Marshalling Station covers an area of more than 4,000 acres, is one of the largest marshalling stations in the country, shunting operation site personnel need to inspect the Hump Field Stock Road, the car body is damaged, the hook is not closed or the vehicle sunroof is inspected, but the traditional manual inspection efficiency is low, labor intensity. After the deployment of the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) intelligent inspection platform of the railway marshalling station, the high-performance H30T carried by the UAV can be used to identify the skylight, foreign objects, defect points and temperature anomalies on the top of the train at high altitude, and the gas detection module mounted by the UAV can quickly monitor and alarm the harmful gases leaked from the freight train during the inspection process.
Security inspection
Chengdu North Marshalling Station is a semi-closed station, and it is difficult to control outsiders, and it is usually necessary for security personnel to rush to the monitoring point to drive them away after discovering the intrusion. The unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) intelligent inspection platform of the railway marshalling station can set the periodic patrol route task in the marshalling station area, without personnel control, and the UAV is not limited by day and night to carry out automatic inspection according to the periodic task, through the AI identification of the personnel's clothing and headwear, the foreign personnel and the staff who do not wear safety helmets and reflective clothing correctly are captured and recorded, and the alarm is driven away and safety tips are carried out by the shouting lighting all-in-one machine. In addition, the inspection system provides safety protection for important maintenance operations in public works and electrical stations, and drones can be designated to fly to the operation area to track and monitor the whole process, so as to realize the safety mutual protection and mutual assistance between all specialties in the whole station.
Line checks
