The power supply intelligent inspection robot, also known as the power supply intelligent operation and maintenance system, is set up in the station and the main substation. Compared with the previous line inspection, which required full manual inspection, the intelligent operation and maintenance system of the first phase of the power supply of Line 8 has built a visual, manageable and controllable unattended system of the substation.

It can "see" and "remember"

The power supply intelligent inspection robot can inspect the status of the equipment in the substation along the established track path and according to the set inspection cycle. On average, each inspection takes about 2 hours, and each inspection is 800-1000 points. It can intelligently identify the fault status through information such as switch identification and indicator status, and then "view" the fault message and "record" the fault information, with a fault judgment rate of up to 99.8%.

It can "measure" and "hear"

In addition to the daily monitoring work of the staff, such as temperature and humidity measurement, partial discharge monitoring, oxygen and carbon dioxide monitoring, it can also carry out noise monitoring. Through these monitoring data, it is possible to find the abnormal operating environment of the equipment in time, monitor the partial discharge of the equipment, and find the abnormal conditions such as equipment fire and transformer failure in time.

It can "turn" and "hide"

It has a maximum rotation angle of 310°, and the monitoring range can cover almost all substation equipment, and it can actively stop and avoid obstacles.

At present, the intelligent inspection robot has been fully put into use in 11 traction step-down hybrid substations, 2 step-down substations and 3 follow-up stations in the first phase of Line 8. After it is put into use, the patrol efficiency is increased by 20% compared with the previous line, and about 18 self-maintenance personnel can be saved.
