ARTS Rail Transit Exhibition News On the 19th, the intelligent new production line of Hitachi Elevator Tianjin Factory completed the transformation and was officially put into production.The factory located in Tianjin is the only production base of Hitachi Elevator in Northeast China and North China, radiating nine provinces and cities including Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. Due to the market's requirements for faster and faster product delivery time, in March this year, the company invested more than 3 million yuan to transform the production line of the elevator car bottom, and Hitachi Elevator Tianjin Factory officially launched the "5G+AI Intelligent Manufacturing Cloud Platform", committed to creating intelligent manufacturing scenarios. In the environment of 5G smart factory and digital workshop, the automation and intelligent process of elevator manufacturing has been strongly promoted, and multiple processes such as shearing and punching that were previously produced by a single machine are connected to a production line through Internet of Things technology to achieve collaborative production.
At the same time, the new production line also has customized production capacity, which can manufacture products of different sizes and specifications. After it was put into operation, the new production line began to produce products required for the two projects of Beijing Tongzhou affordable housing and Shenyang Metro Line 3, and more than 200 elevators will be delivered before September. At present, the annual production capacity of Hitachi Elevator's Tianjin plant is expected to exceed 30,000 units, which can be delivered on the same day.
